  2. Take a non-stick pan add oil and heat it.
  3. Add fine paste and roast it.
  4. Add turmeric, Salt and coriander powder and roast it until it leaves oil.
  5. Now spread this paste on the pan and add Grated cheese.
  6. Now break eggs directly on the cheese on all the four corners. Add little water on the corners.
  7. Now sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  8. Cook it on the low flame by covering the pan until eggs cooked.
  9. Serve it hot with chapatis.
