  1. Take a heavy bottom Wok and boil 2 cups of full cream milk.

  6. Now switch to low flame and add sugar. Melt sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add dry fruits and cardamom powder. Simmer again for 2 more minutes at low flame.
  8. Now switch off the gas. Cover and let it cool.
  9. After the material is cooled down, add Mawa by mashing in hands to bring out the best flavour out of it. Mix nicely.
  10. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes so that all flavours blend in together.
  11. Now take kulfi moulds and fill the liquid kulfi material into it. Secure the lid tightly to avoid ice crystals.
  12. Freeze for 6-8 hours. Unmould and enjoy with added dry fruits, rose/ khus syrup 🌺
