The ingredients needed to make Badam kulfi:
  1. Prepare 1/2 lt milk
  2. Get 12-15 soaked almonds
  3. Take 4 tbsp sugar
  4. Get 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Soak badam for few mins in hot water. In a blender take sugar,almonds,pista,cardamom and saffron. Grind it to a coarse mixture. When it becomes thick and creamy add sugar nuts mixture and simmer.

Steps to make Badam kulfi:
  1. Remove almond skin and grind them into fine paste adding little milk.
  2. Add almond paste to the remaining milk, boil on low heat, thicken milk till it reduces to half of original quantity. Add sugar. Add cardamom powder mix well and cover and let it cool completely. Mix with a spoon and put in the kulfi mould. Freeze in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Then serve.
