  1. Take a pan and pour in the milk
  2. Take two to three tbsp of milk in a bowl and add milk powder in it. Mix it properly so that no lumps are left.
  3. Start boiling the milk on low to medium heat
  4. Reduce the milk to 1/4 of the quantity
  5. Add kesar and roasted almonds to it
  6. Also add sugar and again boil it for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Switch off the heat. And let the mixture cools down completely.
  8. Fill the mixture in Kulfi molds and pop it in the freezer to freezer for at least 4-5 hours.
  9. For taking out the Kulfi from mold dip the Kulfi mold in the normal water for few seconds.
  10. Your Kulfi is ready to enjoy.
