- Prepare 1/2 litres milk
- Prepare 2 tbsp custard powder
- Prepare 4 tbsp sugar
- Get 2 tbsp milk powder
- Take 1/4 cup chopped nut of your choice
- Prepare 1/4 cup bread crumbs
My daughter got this vanilla custard powder as a prize in an activity from the school and asking to prepare custard. I was thinking to prepare kulfi but can't find my moulds. I made this almond vanilla custard kulfi in box which I had learnt from my Mom, plays role of ice cream too. Enjoyed by all it really taste awesome.
Instructions to make Custard Kulfi:
- Firstly take 1/4 cup milk in a bowl add custard powder and mix it well. Keep aside.
- In a bowl add remaining milk when it becomes lukewarm add milk powder, mix well and allow it to boil, when it becomes to boil add custard mix. Stir well.
- Now add sugar, nuts and bread crumbs. Mix well. Cook it on medium flame till they become thick.
- Now allow to cool completely.
- After cooling pour the mixture in Kulfi mould and place it into the freezer for 7-8 hours. After 7-8 hours your Kulfi is ready to remove it from Kulfi mould and garnish with some chopped nut and serve it.
