- Let it boil till it get very thicker. Now of the flame and let it cool it will get thicker. The sheets of cream will appear. Now if u want just to give a blend. Which give a lovely texture. (I did it). Pour in the glass or kulfi maker.
- As much u want to make glass or cups. Cover with foil. Cut little from the middle. Now insert the kulfi stick inside. Put in a deep freezer for 6-7 hours.
- Now take out from the fridge. Just roll in Ur palm and take out the kulfi from the glass. Put it in serving plate. Sprinkle some chopped cashews.
