  1. Take 600 grams Chicken as per the shape of lollipop
  2. Prepare 75 gms All Purpose Flour
  3. Take 25 grams Corn Flour
  4. Get 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato Sauce
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  7. Take 1 tbsp . Schezwan Sauce
  8. Get 2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  9. Get 1.5 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  10. Prepare 12-15 .Finely Chopped Garlic
  11. Make ready As per taste .Salt To Taste
  12. Get 200 ml . Refined Cooking Oil
Steps to make Homemade chicken lollipop:
  1. Marination: Wash & clean the chicken and drain the excess water.Add the following ingredients in a bowl : Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp, Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp, Black pepper 1.5 tbsp, Soy sauce 1 tbsp, Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and chicken very well and keep the mixture for at least 1/2 an hour. It is better to keep 1 hour to tenderize the chicken.
  2. Preparation Of Batter: Add the following ingredients in a bowl-All purpose flour - 75gm, Corn flour - 25gm, Kashmiri chilli powder -1tbsp,Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and add water slowly and carefully don't make the batter very thick or runny coz it will effect the taste and mouth feel.
  3. Frying of Chicken lollipop: Deep Fry the marinated chicken at a medium temperature so that the oil cook the chicken properly inside out without burning or excess darkening the outer surface. Do not cover the pan while frying coz it will separate the batter coting from the chicken.
  4. The final Stage: Put 2 tbsp oil in the frying pan and when the oil heats up add finely chopped garlic and wait until the garlic pieces starts to become brown. Add soya sauce 2 tbsp, tomato sauce 2 tbsp, Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp, Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp. Then mix all the ingredients well and fry the mixture till the raw smell of soy sauce & Schezwan sauce goes away, we may add water to adjust consistency. Then add the fried chicken lollipop and slowly mix with the cooked sauce.
  5. Garnish as per your choice and serve hot.
