- Then mix sugar and these dry fruits in milk and mix it well.
- Add green food colour along with cardamom powder in it and cook till it becomes 1/3 consistency.
- Then your malai or rabdi for making the kulfi is ready.
- After cooling down pour them in kulfi mould or matka or in shot glasses and cover them with aluminum foil or their own lid and insert ice cream stick in them.
- Keep them in the freezer for minimum 8 hours in coolest mode. After that remove them from the kulfi mould and garnish with some chopped pistachios and cashew nuts and serve.
