- Get 1 litre milk
- Take 3-4 tbsp milk powder
- Take 1 cup mango puree
- Take 50 gm sugar

How to Make Mango Kulfi The traditional way to make kulfi involves cooking the milk until it thickens up quite a bit. Steps to make Mango kulfi:
- Boil 1 litr milk in heavy bottom pan.
- Add milk powder in 1/3 cup. Mix well.
- Add milk powder mixture in boiling milk.
- Cook the milk until it reduces half in volume.
- Make mango puree by adding sugar in it.
- Cool the milk for atleast 30 mins.
- Then add mango puree into milk. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into kulfi mould.
- Put the kulfi in freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
- After that serve
These days people also make a quick version of kulfi in which you don't cook at all. Kulfi is an Indian version of Icecream that is getting popular all over the world. Denser and creamier, it is mostly made in the shape of a cone. Add Mangoes in the season to make it a delicious variety, Mango Kulfi. Kulfi was popularly sold by the local street vendors called kulfi walas in large earthen pots.
