  1. In a bowl grade potatoes add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,maggi masala,ginger garlic paste,carrot,onion.mix all ingredients very well to make a soft dough
  2. Now make small ball from this dough and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
  3. Now in a bowl add maida and cornflour,water to make a batter,now dip this ball in this water then dust with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat a oil in a wok fry this balls until their colour changes to golden.
  5. Veg lollipop is ready to eat.Serve with schezwan sauce.
