Stir malai with a whisk and add it to the milk.Peel and chop mango.Blend in a mixer.Allow the milk to cool.Sieve the pulp in a strainer and add it to the thick milk.Blend well in a mixer grinder.Pour this blended pulp in kulfi moulds and allow to set for 5 to 6 hours in the freezer compartment of refrigerator.
  3. Serve this delightful dessert after lunch or dinner on special occasions or parties.
