- Boil milk with sugar.Soak gelatin with 2 tbsp warm milk.Make a paste of milk powder with warm milk and add it to the boiling milk.Boil till milk is half reduced.Make a slurry of cornflour with cold milk and add it to the boiling milk.Also add gelatin and mix and stir continuously till thick.
- Stir malai with a whisk and add it to the milk.Peel and chop mango.Blend in a mixer.Allow the milk to cool.Sieve the pulp in a strainer and add it to the thick milk.Blend well in a mixer grinder.Pour this blended pulp in kulfi moulds and allow to set for 5 to 6 hours in the freezer compartment of refrigerator.
