  1. Make ready 8 large beetle leaves
  2. Take 2 tbsp+1/2 ltr full cream milk

  6. Make ready 1/2 spoon wheat flour
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp water
  8. Take 2 tsp rose petals
  9. Take 1tbsp Gulkand
  10. Take Pinch pepper mint

This kulfi is for all the meetha paan lovers! Betel leaf is commonly consumed as paan in India and other parts of Southeast Asia. The leaf as such has medicinal properties but all that it lost when it's eaten as paan where they take the leaf and fill it with tobacco, areca nut and lime. Paan Kulfi is a frozen milk based dessert that is flavored with gulkand (rose jam) and paan (betel leaves).

Steps to make Paan Kulfi:
  1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk and bring it to boil on medium heat.
  2. Mean while add beetle leaves, rose petals or gulkand and 2tbsp milk in a mixer and grind it to smooth paste.
  3. Once milk is boiled, mix wheat flour with water and keep a side. Add condensed milk, fresh cream, sugar and mix well. Now pour the wheat mixture and make sure it's cooked well for about 2-3min and turn off from flame.
  4. Now let the base completely cooldown. The add the grinded paste, pepper mint and blend smooth. Pour it to kulfi mouldamd set for 6hrs.
  5. Paan kulfi is ready to get served.
  6. Note: Avoid corn flour and use wheat flour which is healthier version. Base is same for all kulfi. Only you have to change the flavour as per your choice
