    1. After melting sugar ; heat ghee in a - pan add rest of cloves & cardamom - stir for a second - 5. Add the rice combined with sugar & - sauté for 3-4 minutes - 6. Add little sliced almonds & pistachio, - pinch green cardamom powder,few - stands of saffron - 7. Keep little aside for garnishing - 8. While serving add rest of nuts & put - warq & little dry rose petals
