  2. In a bowl take ½ cup milk, mango custard powder and milk powder. Mix well and make a smooth paste.
  3. Pour this paste in boiling milk and keep stirring. When milk is thickens enough turn off the gas and let it cool completely.
  4. In a mixture jar take prepared custard and mango pulp. Blend it until get a smooth and fluffy mixture. Now add cream in it and blend it well.
  5. Blend until all ingredients cooperated well. Pour this mixture into kulfi molds and freeze overnight.
  6. Delicious kulfi is ready to serve enjoy.

These days people also make a quick version of kulfi in which you don't cook at all. Kulfi is an Indian version of Icecream that is getting popular all over the world. Denser and creamier, it is mostly made in the shape of a cone. Add Mangoes in the season to make it a delicious variety, Mango Kulfi.
