- Make ready 1 tsp baking soda
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

- Take for stuffing:-
- Prepare 2-3 boiled potatoes
- Get 50 grams cheese
- Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp meat masala
- Get 1/2 tsp chat masala
- Take to taste Salt
- Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Rajma masala is a weekend affair at home and a Sunday lunch. This particular rajma recipe made restaurant style goes very well with both steamed rice as well as naan. Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves and dry kasuri methi. Serve hot with rice or roti or parathas or naan.
Steps to make Masala rajma gravy with tandoori stuffed naan:
- Turn on the flame. Take a cooker then add rajma and 5-6 cups water and cover the lid and cook it for 7- 8 whistles on high flame.
- Take a pan add some oil.When oil is medium to heat then add cumin seeds and satue it.
- After then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for a few seconds. then add onion and tomato puree paste and fry it for 9-10 minutes.
- Then add all the spices turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.
- Now add boiled rajma. Then add garam masala. Now turn on the flame.
- Rajma is ready to serve.
- For naan:-
- Take a bowl add corn flour, curd, baking soda, salt and mix well.
- Now add some water and form a soft and smooth dough.
- Knead the dough for approx 10 minutes. The dough is ready.
- Cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Now boiled potatoes, cheese, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin seeds pepper, meat masala,chat masala, black pepper powder and mix well.
- After 1 hour kned it once. From medium sized balls from the dough.
- Then roll in oval and round shape as your choice. Then add the stuffing and seal it well.
- Now roll it lightly. Then apply some water. Place the water side on the tawa.
- Roast it on medium flame for 1 minute. Flip the tawa and roast it for 1 minute on high flame.
- Now stuffed naan is ready. Serve with rajma and salad.
Rajma masala is a thick, creamy and delectable curry made with red kidney beans (soaked & boiled) slowly simmered in onion-tomato paste enriched with authentic & whole Indian spices.
