The ingredients needed to make Chicken lollipops:
  1. Prepare 8 pieces chicken (lollipop cut)
  2. Take 1/4 cup maida
  3. Take 2-3 tsp corn flour
  4. Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
  5. Take 1/2 tsp tomato sauce (optional)
  6. Make ready 3-4 tsp schezwan sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Get as required Water
  9. Prepare to taste Salt according
  10. Take as required Oil for deep frying
Steps to make Chicken lollipops:
  1. In a bowl, mix maida, corn flour, soya sauce, 1/2 tsp schezwan sauce, 1 beaten egg, salt, red chilli powder and water. Mix into a semi thick batter.
  2. Now add the chicken pieces into the batter to coat them with batter properly.
  3. Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep on a tissue paper to remove the extra oil
  4. Now in a separate pan, add 1 tsp oil. Add 3-4 tsp schezwan sauce, 1/2 tsp tomato sauce and saute for few seconds. Now add the chicken pieces and toss them for few minutes to ensure they are well coated with the schezwan sauce. Now take them out and transfer to a serving plate.
