  4. Now put the ice-cream stick and freeze them for 5 hours and take out after 5 hours. Now demould it. Frozen mango kulfi is ready.Garnish with roohafza.

Pour the batter in the kulfi moulds, refrigerate overnight. Remove from the mould, serve chilled. The juiciness and sweetness of fresh mangoes is to die for.
