The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Jalapenos:
  1. Make ready 12 Jalapenos
  2. Prepare 16 oz cream cheese
  3. Prepare 1 packages Crab meat
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  5. Get 1/4 cup Light Cream
  6. Get 2 tbsp old bay
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp garlic powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp chipotle powder

Scrape out all of the seeds and veins and discard. (This is the HOT part of the pepper). Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.

Instructions to make Stuffed Jalapenos:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Cut your jalapenos in half, making 24
  3. Clean out seeds and rinse in cold water. Set to the side.
  4. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients together until blends uniform.
  5. With a spoon, or fork, stuff your jalapenos and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Once you stuff the peppers place in the oven for 6 to 9 min or until heated through. There will be some filling left.

Put halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and stick a toothpick through the center to assure the bacon stays in place. I like to turn the oven to broil for the last minute or two to get things extra crispy. You might want to make a double batch of this loaded jalapeño poppers recipe!.
