- In a bowl add maida and cornflour masalas salt beetroot juice kashmiri chilli powder. Make a fine paste. Dip fry the potatoes.
- Heat a wok add oil followed by garlic chilli and onions and then the tomato then add little salt and pepper, after that add both the sauces and water. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the potatoes into it and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot and crisp.
