- In a pan take milk and give it boil on high flame then lower the flame and let it cool to half of it's quantity meanwhile keep stirring it after min or so
- Once reduced to half then add sugar, condensed milk, Nido and balai and continuously stirr it then add cornflour mixed in watr to thickend it and stirr jab thick ho jae tu cool it down
- Now take whole mango remove it's cap and with the help of spoon or sharp knife only remove the guthli and in the hole filll the rubri and let it freeze for about 7 to 8 hours
- After that peel the mango and cut in pieces as you like tadaaaaàa….. Yummy mango stuffed kulfi is ready
Fill the kulfi mixture into the mango pocket and put the top back and freeze it Once kulfi sets remove from freezer and gently peel the mango with peeler Cut the mango into slices and serve Kulfi is a famous Indian frozen dessert and when it filled in mango then taste is so much divine. Stuffed mango kulfi is very yummy, satisfying delicious dessert on a very hot summer day. For stuffing, I have used Kesari Kulfi but you can add with Gulkand, Pista, Paan Kulfi and other which one you like.we can use other fruit as well but my favorite is Alphonso Mango. Mango Kulfi is an easy non churn ice cream made with heavy cream and Mango puree. It was an unbelievable deal and I bought a dozen in a jiffy.
