  1. In a bowl take the milkmaid.
  2. Add chocolate powder, coco powder, chocolate sauce, chopped nuts with it & mix very well.
  3. Cut a round slice of mango from top(keep this aside for capping, will require this whole freezing the mango).
  4. Take a pointed knife, insert it carefully & gently move it around the seed to loosen it from the mango.
  5. Gently twist the mango seed slowly & remove the mango seed from inside without cutting the mango.
  6. A hollow is created.Place the mango in a fitting bowl that will hold it straight.
  7. Pour the choco- milkmaid mixture into the deseeded mangoes one by one & close each one with it's portion which was previously cut.
  8. Put them in deep refrigerator for (approx 7-8 hours) or overnight.
  9. Take out these frozen mangoes, peel them & cut each one in ring shape.
  10. Enjoy these chilled & delicious stuffed chocolate mango Kulfies.

Mango kulfi or mango ice cream is prepared by stuffing rabri inside the whole mango and then freezing it. Scoop of the seed from the mango (you can use a tong to remove the seed).
