- Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,chillies,corainder leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and crumbled paneer and mix well.
- Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and place carrot sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape.
- Roll them in corn flour-Maida mixture and bind them properly.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
