  1. Prepare 250 g flour
  2. Prepare 100 g sugar

  6. Make ready 1 Teaspoon butter

Steps to make Mahamri:
  1. Put the flour, sugar, yeast, cardamom, milk and butter in a bowl and mix. Knead the dough.
  2. Cut dough into 4 pieces (my dough was small so I only cut into 4 - cut into 8 if your size allows)
  3. Roll each piece into a ball and let them proof for about 40 minutes.
  4. Dust your surface, roll out the balls then divide each ball into 4 pieces and fry.
  5. Serve and enjoy. (This made 17 pieces of mahamri)
