- Make ready 2 cup full cream milk
- Get 1 cup rolling oats
- Get 1/4 cup sugar

May be next time I'll do that. Mix well and keep aside to cool. Once cooled, pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight or till set. In a medium bowl, combine boiling water and oats.
Instructions to make Oats praline kulfi:
- First in pan take oats.Dry roast it for 2 minutes. Take out from pan.In a same pan add sugar,when sugar starts melting and change the color to brown,add roasted oats. Cook it for about 2 minutes. Turn off the gas. Pour this mix in plate and spread. Oats praline is ready. Let it cool down and break it into pieces.
- Now in a grinder,add oats praline and grind it coarsely. Praline powder is ready. Keep this aside.
- Now in a pan take milk,let it boil. Then turn the burner on medium and stir it continues. Now add milkmaid stir it continuesly. Cook it about 15 minutes. Now add praline powder,almond powder and cardamom powder. Mix it well. Turn off the gas. Kulfi milk is ready.let it cool down.
- When it's cool down take a grinder and grind kulfi milk well. Take kulfi moulds and pour kulfi milk into moulds. And keep this into fridge for about 6 -8 hours.
- Oats praline kulfi is ready. Demould it and enjoy.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk, sugar and salt.
