The ingredients needed to make Lollipop:
  1. Prepare 5 Chicken legs
  2. Take 1/4 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
  3. Get 20 gm Cornflour
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Take To taste Salt
  6. Prepare 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Make ready As needed Oil
Steps to make Lollipop:
  1. Take a chicken in a bowl..add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, add 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste…mix it properly.
  2. Make sure that the masala is properly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, take another bowl add corn flour and maida in it.
  5. Add half tbsp red chilli powder it in add little salt..mix it..add water and make a semi thick batter.
  6. Now turn on the flame, heat a pan and add oil.
  7. Let oil heat properly on medium flame.
  8. Now dip the chicken in the batter and put it into oil carefully.
  9. Fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  10. Keep on fliping.
  11. And fry it properly from both the sides.
  12. Fry it for medium flame till it turns red.
  13. Once it is cooked..take it out.
  14. And serve it in a plate.
