- Get 1 cup finely chopped veggies
- Get 2 big Potatoes boiled and mashed

- Boil, peel and mash the potatoes very well. - Chop the other veggies very finely. - Take the mashed potatoes and veggies in a mixing bowl.Add corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chili flakes and mix very well. Do not add water.
- Shape into small logs like lollipops. Insert a toothpick or lollipop stick into each log. - Heat oil for shallow frying. Shallow fry 2-3 lollipops at at time until golden brown. Arrange in a serving plate.
- Heat 2 teaspoons sesame oil in a small kadai. Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, chili flakes and saute well.
- After the raw smell goes off add 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and mix well. Add 1/4 cup water and cook till the sauce thickens. Drizzle this sauce over prepared lollipops. Serve veg lollipops garnished with spring onion greens.
