  3. Pour bhigaar on top.
  4. For bhigaar put oil or ghee. When hot add in garlic and whole red chillies and fry till golden. Add in some green chillies too and stir fry for few seconds. Pour over daal.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Enjoy with boiled rice.
