Instructions to make Kulfi falooda Milkshake:
- To whipped cream add food colour and blend well. You can use liquid whipp cream or fresh cream instead. Add sugar if using fresh cream.
- To a juice grinding jar take milk, whipping cream and crush.
- Sugar is optional.
- Blend on pulse mode to blend all ingredients to smooth mixture.
- Take serving glass drizzle some falooda crush and then pour the milkshake.
- Serve chilled.
Kulfi falooda is not a drink but a rich and creamy frozen dessert accompanied with chewy falooda noodles which have been flavored with rose syrup. FALOODA Cook the Vermicelli in a little Water till smoothly cooked and separate threads can be seen. Add the Rooh Afza Or The Rose Syrup and chill till needed. TO SERVE Unmould the Frozen Kulfi.
