Steps to make Matka Kulfi:
  1. Take a milk. Boil it until it becomes half. Add Mawa in that. Continue to boil.
  2. Add chopped almonds and grinded nuts. Add cream. Continue to boil.
  3. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and sugar.
  4. Once it is thick, switch off the flame. Let it cool. Bring the thick milk into room temperature. Once it is, pour it into the mould. Cover the mould with plastic cover and put rubber band on that.
  5. Keep it in the deep fridge. Let it set for minimum 8 hours or overnight. Serve cool with chopped nuts.

Just keep stir the whole milk until It becomes proper golden thick mixture. Now add condensed milk and again keep stir until it. Its surprising how a simple clay pot changes the taste and aroma of your kulfi. This recipe takes Kulfi to the next level. with just five simple ingridients.
