- Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes. Drain and keep aside. - - 2. Heat ghee in pan add all the ingredients under "to season" except cashews. Once done add sliced onions. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. - - 3. Add all the vegetables. Saute for a while.
