  7. Add the oil and heat also the tomatoes and basil and mixed peppers and fry for a minute
  8. Add the lemon juice, pesto and sundried tomatoes and a little salt & pepper. Cook in for 2 minutes
  9. Then on a serving dish add the cod and arrange the tomato salsa on top finish with some parsley sprinled
