  18. Take 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds

  2. Then add tamarind to it and saute it for 1 mins. Then add little water πŸ’¦ to it.
  3. Now place another kadhai and roast all dry masala like Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Fennel seeds. After roasting all at last add red chilli and roast it for few seconds and turn off the flame.
  4. Wait the masala to cool it completely. Now take a mixi jar and grind all cooked masala and dry masala and add salt to it and grind it properly to make a smooth paste.
  5. Tempering: take a Kadhai add oil. When oil start smoking then add panch furan, urad dal, curry leaves. Wait for it to cracks. Then add kashmiri red chilli powder. Then add all grinded masala to it, add little more water to it and cook it in Medium flame for 5 mins. Till it's all water πŸ’¦ evaporate.
  6. Cool it completely and serve. You can store it also.
