- Drain noodles, rinse with warm water to cool. When warm place on cookie sheet Spoon desired amount of remaining Feta Cheese and ground meat mixture into each shell(1/2-1 tsp of ground meat mixture fits into shells) make sure there is enough for each shell
- Spread Tomato Sauce evenly over all shells
- Sprinkle Garlic Powder over sauce and remaining tsp of Salt
- Place in oven at 200°F for five min
- Top with remaining Basil Leaves for decoration and added taste
Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, and egg in a large bowl. Stir the ground beef into the cheese mixture, combining thoroughly. Spoon about ¼ cup of the cheese/ground beef mixture into each shell and place in baking dish in a single layer. Pour some béchamel sauce over the shells and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover with aluminum foil. Boil shells according to package directions.
