- Lay a clean tea towel in the work surface. Then take your first pancake and dip it in the hot water until it is soft and pliable (takes about 30 seconds to a minute).
- Carefully spread the soft rice paper in your tea towel. Put a ball of pork in the centre of the rice paper. Roll carefully as shown in the video. 1. Place the roll on a lightly oiled plate and repeat until you’ve used all your pork.
