Instructions to make Cabbage salsa:
- First of all, wash and clean all the vegetables. Drain water properly. Remove the layers of cabbage 1 by 1. Then remove the thick part from each petal. keep all petals together and roll them. Now cut them
- Now finely chop other veggies. Mix all the vegetables together.
- Now add all the spices, salt and pepper, sugar, lemon juice, tomato catch up and mix well.
- Now, to serve the salsa, roast papad and take small bowl. Turn it up side down. When the papad is roasted immediately put on bowl and press it. The papads will take shape of a bowl. Serve the salsa in papad bowl and enjoy.
