- Slowly FOLD your flour into the egg and sugar mixture. Do not stir it too quickly.
- Then slowly FOLD in your cocoa mixture into the egg mixture.
- Last but not least, put the mixture into your cupcake liners and bake for 20mins at 180°c then another 5mins at 190°c
Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined. Add the oil, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
