Tip in peppers and new potatoes, then stir them to coat in the paste.

Instructions to make Prawn and potato curry:
  1. Heat oil in a wok or karahi. - Add bay leaf, cardamom and cloves.Add diced onions and saute till pink.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, saute two more minutes. - Add tomatoes and saute till they lose their shape.
  3. Add the prawns and saute for about three minutes. - Add the chilli powder, turmeric, salt and green chillies and further saute the mixture for another two minutes.
  4. Finally add the potatoes, add two cups hot water and cook on simmer till the potatoes are soft but retain their shape.
  5. Garnish with kasuri methi and serve hot with rice.

Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. Tip in peppers and new potatoes, then stir them to coat in the paste. If freezing, cool and freeze, then defrost and reheat when you're ready to eat. To serve, scatter the spring onions, coriander and peanuts over the curry and squeeze over a little lime juice. The curry paste will go a bit grainy and clump to the cooked onion,garlic and scotch bonnet pepper.
