- Chop the onion, garlic, chillies, Jalepeno, olive, deseed the tomatoes and chop that too. Chop fresh parsley or coriander whatever you have or using.
- Put everything in a bowl. Mix well..your sweet tangy Izma Salsa is ready…. Let it rest for half an hour in the fridge…..you can use it to garnish or top your Kofta Mein'laban or have it with anything. Bon Appetit!!!
