That day, I found some minced chicken was there in my deep fridge. So, quickly thought of preparing devilled egg stuffed with chicken keema (minced chicken). Few days ago,I have posted the egg devil recipe where I used only potatoes for stuffing. Once hot, sear the stuffed chicken in the pan from both sides to give it the color.

- Beat eggs in a bowl with little salt & black pepper. Make omelette. Keep aside.
- Heat one pan, put vegetable oil, add chopped ginger & garlic. Put chicken keema - saute it for 10 mins with little salt & black pepper.
- Put the keema on the omelette, roll the omelette. Cut the stuffed omelette into pieces.
- Heat another pan, put vegetable oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for 2 mins. Add square shaped onion & green bell pepper, saute for 4 mins. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce & salt into it.
- Prepare slurry of corn starch with little water & put into the pan to make the gravy thicker.
- Put this gravy on stuffed omelette pieces & sprinkle roasted seasame seeds on it.
Tilt the pan a bit and braise the chicken from both sides using a spoon to add the garlic flavor on top of it. Making of chicken keema: Take a large wok, add oil into it and heat it. Into it add sliced onions and saute them for few minutes. Add slit green chillies, salt as per taste, mix and saute well for few minutes.
