Haddock, halibut, or other firm-fleshed white fish can be used in place of the cod.-. In a large skillet with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger. Pour in the pan on top of the ginger and scallions. Remove the fish from the pan and place on a serving dish.

- Cut out baking paper big enough to wrap your fish, place haddock on the paper then add some soysauce, sesame oil, ginger, onion and chilli.

You can also steam your vegetable at the same tome or boil it in different saucepan. In this case I boiled my vegetable for 10 min.
- Once your fish cooked, open up your gorgeous parcel of happiness and plate it up. Top with coriander if prefer 1. Serve with some seasonal vegetable and dipping sauces

Pour the sauce on top of the fish. Heat oil and pour over scallion, ginger, and fish. This will prevent the fish from breaking apart. To serve, top the fish with the ginger strips, chopped scallion and serve it with warm steamed rice. This is one of the best halibut recipes.
