The ingredients needed to make Veggie rice:
  1. Make ready 100 g peas
  2. Make ready 2 cups basmati rice soaked for 15 minutes
  3. Get 100 g minced meat
  4. Take 1 small finely chopped onion
  5. Get 1 tbs spices
  6. Get as needed Salt
  7. Take 2 tbs sunflower oil

When oil is wavy and hot, add chopped vegetables. Cook until vegetables become soft and onions become transparent. Add the rice and mix it all together. Add the greens (if using) and green onions, and stir to combine.

  1. Add the oil in a proper pan and fry the onions until they become soft
  2. Add the meat and mix well then add the spices and the salt
  3. When the meat change in colour add the peas and shallow fry them together
  4. Now add 2 cups of water
  5. Wait until it boils and add the rice
  6. Leave it on low heat until they are cooked very well
  7. Serve with yogurt or salad

Add the rice and mix it all together. Add the greens (if using) and green onions, and stir to combine. Add the cooked veggies and eggs and stir to combine. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in the cauliflower, broccoli, rice and garlic.
