- Punch with your hand and kneed again to make it smooth
- Divide it into balls… according jitne bade jaise aapko naan banane hain
- Preheat the tandoor…. when heated….roll the naan… in ovel or circle shape… put some kalonji and green coriander on one side…apply little water on the otherside….
- Open the tandoor… stick the waterside to the dhakkan of tandoor… cook for few min check… when cooked remove with a tong
- Brush some ghee or butter on top serve hot
