  1. Mix Rava, curd and water to form a thick batter. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Grease idli stand and prepare the steamer. If you are using normal cooker, boil water in it.
  3. Sprinkle fruit salt on the batter and pour little water on it. Immediately mix in the bubbles formed. Don't dilute the batter.
  4. Transfer the batter into the idli stand and put the same inside the steamer / cooker for 4-5 minutes.
  5. In the meanwhile, Add 2tbsp peanut powder, 1tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp salt, finely chopped green chillies, grated (crushed) garlic to 1 bowl of curd. Mix well. Prepare tadka using asafoetida, cumin, mustard, curry leaves. Sprinkle red chilli powder over the curd mixture and pour tadka. Delicious chutney is ready to be served.
  6. After that check if idlis are done with a fork. Serve them hot with Chutney.
