  2. Cut and remove the tops of the bell peppers. Set aside.
  3. Place your rice and water into a medium pot, bring to boil. Then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook about 20 minutes.
  4. Brown the beef (or turkey) & drain any grease.
  5. In a bowl mix together ground meat, rice, SOME tomato sauce, SOME cheese, and the rest of the ingredients. Then spoon mixture into the 4 bell peppers. Pour remaining tomato sauce on top of the stuffed peppers.
  6. Let cook in pre-heated oven for 1 hour. Add remaining cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Add drained tomatoes, salt, Worcestershire, and a dash of pepper. Cut thin slice from stem end of each bell pepper to remove top of pepper. Remove seeds and membranes; rinse peppers. If necessary, cut thin slice from bottom of each pepper so they stand up straight. Coat an oven proof dish with cooking spray, and place the bell pepper halves in the dish.
