- Take 1 bell pepper for each person (I used six so other ingredients are for six peppers)
- Get 1 lb ground meat (I used pork)
- Prepare 1.5 cups cooked rice
- Take Seasoning to taste. This entirely depends on what mixture of spices you like
- Get 1/4 cup chopped or minced onion
It's a complete meal wrapped in a sweet bell pepper. Pour reserved tomato liquid in a baking dish and place peppers in dish. Top each stuffed pepper with about a tablespoon of pizza sauce. Season the insides of the bell pepper shells with salt and pepper, to taste.

- Cut tops off peppers and clean insides. Save tops
- Partially brown ground meat. Add cut up pieces from tops of peppers and onion. Stir. Add rice. Stir. Remove from heat.
- Put peppers in baking dish and fill with mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 min or until peppers are tender.
- Optional step…sprinkle with grated cheese.
Spoon the rice mixture into the bell peppers. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon beef mixture into each pepper and top with Monterey jack, then cover baking dish with foil. Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic, and season with oregano, Creole seasoning and black pepper.
