  4. Add Cardamom powder & Sieved Besan Flour. Add chopped Nuts. Make a dough with hands.
  5. Place it between plastic wrap & form a rectangular shape. Freeze it for 15 mins
  6. After 15 mins, cut it to cookies. Place it on a cookie sheet & bake it @350F for 17 to 20 mins until the bottom is slightly browned.
  7. Delicious & Protein rich Besan cookies are done.

You should not add anything like milk. This quantity butter is enough to make smooth dough. The cookies are done once they have risen slightly and the bottom edge is golden - do not overbake.
