  3. Heat oil in a pan and temper with the cumin seeds. Add the onion and saute till light brown. Now add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder mixed with little water.
  4. Saute till oil separates from the sides of the pan. Now add the minced chicken and salt and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook till dry.
  5. When it cools down, combine with the couscous and salt to taste. Add to it the chopped coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
  6. Stuff this filling into the bell peppers and serve, garnished with cheese and mint leaves as an appetizer.
