Fill a medium pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil. While the noodles cook, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Fully vegan, whole food plant based and gluten free!

  7. You can add the soba to the tofu/ veg soup before serving. Or put the soba into bowls and then add the soup. Sprinkle with shichimi. Enjoy 😋
