The ingredients needed to make Sooji Toast:
  1. Make ready 1 Cup sooji
  2. Make ready 1 Cup hung curd or thick curd
  3. Prepare As required Finely chopped (coriander, onion, capsicum,)

  6. Prepare 1 Packet Maggi masala magic
  7. Take As required Oil
  8. Get 1 bowl bhujiya sev
Steps to make Sooji Toast:
  1. In a bowl mix sooji with curd & some water and keep aside for 10min so that sooji got more fluffy.
  2. After 10min add all veggies, magic masala, salt, chilli flakes into the sooji-curd mixture & mix it. It's consistency should be like any spread.
  3. Take bread slice and spread the mixture over it only one side.Same do with all slices.
  4. Heat a pan, drop some oil over it & put the bread from any side as per your convenience. After getting crisp from one side flip it, drop some oil & wait for getting crisp from another side.
  5. Sprinkle some bhujiya sev while serving it with your favourite dip.
  6. You can add any other veggie like carrot,tomato as per your taste.
