- After 1 hrs the dough had all doubled up punch the dough and divide the dough into 2
- Take a spring pan and grease it. place 1 layer at the bottom apply olive oil
- Arrange all the bell pepper slices,spread fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle all the spices.Add grated Mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle some cherry tomatoes too.
- Arrange another layer of the dough, spread olive oil. Arrange some onion slices and olive slices
- Let the dough rise for 30 min
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree c and bake the focaccia for 40 to 45 min
- Serve hot with some pizza sauce
